Wiley's Work in Infobip Acquisition Highlighted by Law360

A cross-practice Wiley team has been recognized for their work in Infobip's acquisition of SocketLabs by Law360 in its Pulse Spotlight on Mid-Law Work.

Wiley, which represented Infobip in the transaction, served as transactional, regulatory, and employment counsel in the deal, in which Infobip, a global AI-first cloud communications platform, completed its acquisition of SocketLabs to expand its enterprise email infrastructure. Read more here.
