Wiley Advises Infobip in Completed Acquisition of SocketLabs

Washington, DC – Infobip Ltd., a global AI-first cloud communications platform, has completed its acquisition of SocketLabs to expand its enterprise email infrastructure. Wiley represented Infobip in the transaction, serving as transactional, regulatory, and employment counsel.

Infobip announced the completion of the transaction on July 9, noting that it further positions the company to compete for enterprise customers seeking a single trusted provider across all communications channels. SocketLabs builds infrastructure for high-volume, multi-provider email delivery.
