At Wiley, we recognize the importance of investing in the holistic needs of our attorneys, including providing a forum to share perspectives, ideas, and experiences. We believe in the power of creating a culture of belonging where our attorneys feel comfortable bringing their authentic selves to work. Leveraging the leadership of our Affinity Groups, which provide community and resources not only to group members but our entire Wiley community, we foster a work environment that allows us to grow together. Our Affinity Groups are open to all attorneys and allies regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation, or ethnic background.
