We are grateful to our colleagues who lead our internal diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts as diversity-based Affinity Groups. It is through their leadership that has positioned us to foster a culture of belonging through celebrating authenticity. Leveraging their leadership, we are able to create a platform that allows us to grow together.
Asian American Native Hawaiian and Pacific Islander Lawyers
The Asian American Native Hawaiian and Pacific Islander Lawyers Affinity Group is intended to increase the firm community's understanding of the challenges and experiences of our Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander (AANHPI) attorneys. This affinity group is also intended to create a space for open dialogue and discuss the unique challenges AANHPI professionals face within the legal profession. The goal would be to cultivate understanding, belonging, and support to facilitate greater empowerment, find strength in their own voices, and become a better advocate for themselves and for those around them.
