Comment Deadlines Set for Updating the Record in the FCC’s Team Telecom Proceeding

With the May 19, 2020 publication of a notice in the Federal Register, comment deadlines have now been set to update the record in the Federal Communications Commission’s (FCC’s) Team Telecom proceeding. Comments are due on June 18, 2020, and reply comments are due on July 2, 2020.

This proceeding presents an important opportunity to weigh in on the impact of President Trump’s recent Executive Order to formalize Team Telecom’s process for reviewing certain telecom transactions on the FCC’s previous proposals to improve the timeliness and transparency of Team Telecom reviews.
