Leah represents clients in a variety of complex commercial litigation matters in federal and state courts. She works with clients in multiple industries, including government contracting, telecom, and media.

Prior to joining the firm, Leah served as a judicial law clerk for the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. Leah brings the skills and insight she acquired as a clerk to client matters before judges in the Eastern District of Virginia, as well as other courts. 

Leah maintains an active pro bono practice representing individuals and organizations in the D.C. area and across the country. As part of her pro bono work, she recently briefed an appeal before the D.C. Court of Appeals on behalf of a D.C. resident in a dispute with her landlord and prepared an amicus brief on behalf of a military officers’ organization filed in the Washington Supreme Court.

  • Represented individual in dispute with landlord regarding mold in the individual’s home and resolved the issue without resorting to litigation.
