Tim Brightbill Quoted by Multiple Media Outlets on ITC Solar Determination
Timothy C. Brightbill, co-chair of Wiley's International Trade Practice, was quoted by Solar Power World, Inside U.S. Trade, and Utility Dive regarding the International Trade Commission's recent affirmative determination on solar products from India, Laos, and Indonesia.
Brightbill, speaking on behalf of the American Alliance for Solar Manufacturing and Trade, told Solar Power World, “today’s vote confirms that U.S. solar manufacturers and workers have been harmed by dumped and subsidized imports from India, Indonesia and Laos. With these orders, fair competition is strengthened just as America needs more domestic energy production to power AI and data centers, secure its energy independence, and keep electricity reliable and affordable. U.S. manufacturers are ready to compete, and now they can."
