Wiley Attorneys Quoted by Law360 on CIT Aluminum Extrusions Ruling
Wiley International Trade attorneys Robert E. DeFrancesco, Laura El-Sabaawi, Elizabeth S. Lee, and Paul A. Devamithran, on behalf of the Aluminum Extrusions Fair Trade Committee, were quoted by Law360 in the article "Chinese Laser Parts Subject To Duties, Trade Court Says," about a U.S. Court of International Trade's ruling on certain laser components not being exempt from duties on Chinese aluminum extrusions.
The attorneys said that they were "gratified" by the court's decision, and noted that "this will help ensure that the U.S. industry receives the relief it deserves and is owed under the statute."
