IAM Recognizes Wiley and IP Attorneys in Inaugural Copyright 1000

October 5, 2026

Wiley and two of its Intellectual Property (IP) attorneys have been named to Intellectual Asset Management’s (IAM) inaugural Copyright 1000, a list of the world’s leading copyright practitioners.

The firm, IP partner David E. Weslow, and special counsel Adrienne J. Kosak were recognized in the DC metro area.

According to IAM’s profile of the firm:

  • Weslow received top marks in the “Gold Band” as one of the copyright industry’s “leading voices” with “a unique niche at the intersection of copyright, technology and internet enforcement.”
  • Kosak was recognized in the “Bronze Band” for her “dynamic contentious practice focused on internet-related intellectual property disputes.”
  • Wiley was ranked in the “Bronze Band” and described as a “trusted ally for businesses protecting valuable digital assets.” IAM added that the firm has “built a standout practice tackling the challenges of the digital economy, combining copyright law with cybersecurity, computer fraud and anti-counterfeiting strategies to help clients combat increasingly sophisticated online threats.”

The recognition follows Wiley’s inclusion in World Trademark Review’s WTR 1000 guide, which also recognized the firm, Weslow, and Kosak in the DC metro area.

The IAM Copyright 1000 highlights the leading firms and individuals operating at the top of the copyright legal market across key national jurisdictions and serves as an authoritative guide to the practices shaping copyright law and enforcement worldwide.
