The Wiley team representing the four competitive energy associations includes Thomas M. Johnson Jr., co-chair of Wiley’s Issues and Appeals Practice; partners Stephen J. Obermeier and Jeremy J. Broggi; of counsel Krystal B. Swendsboe; and associate Joel S. Nolette
