Wiley Elects New Executive and Management Committee Members

Wiley is pleased to announce that the firm has elected five partners to its Executive and Management Committees. All those elected will serve three-year terms, effective January 1, 2026.

Executive Committee

• Megan L. Brown, co-chair of the Privacy, Cyber & Data Governance Practice
• Ralph J. Caccia, chair of the White Collar Defense & Government Investigations Practice
• Stephen J. Obermeier, partner in the Litigation Practice.

Management Committee

• Caleb P. Burns, partner in the Election Law & Government Ethics Practice
• Duane C. Pozza, co-chair of the Privacy, Cyber & Data Governance Practice.

This marks a second term for Caccia and Pozza in these roles.
