Craig has extensive experience in-house and in private practice advising clients on all aspects of media and technology businesses, with a focus on complex commercial, technology, and corporate transactions, and content licensing. Practicing at the convergence of technology, business, and law, and having served in high-level positions at two of the most distinguished brands in media, Craig counsels boards and C-suites through industry-shaping strategic legal and business decisions. This experience gives him a clear understanding of the needs of corporate executives, in-house counsel, and other stakeholders, and provides him with a unique perspective on their legal and business challenges and how best to solve them.

In the media and entertainment industries, Craig advises on strategic and transactional matters, including content acquisition and distribution, corporate transactions, strategic partnerships, and intellectual property protection and exploitation. He has particular experience leading clients through digital transformations, from legacy to cutting-edge, digital-first models. His practice also consists of representing both content owners and distributors on licensing and distribution of television networks and programming content on all platforms, including linear and on-demand via cable, satellite, digital multicast, and streaming on over-the-top (OTT) platforms, such as vMVPDs, AVOD, FAST, connected TVs, and other apps. Craig also structures, negotiates, and drafts a variety of other agreements for content production, development, acquisition, licensing, music rights, and branding.

In the technology sector, Craig represents established and emerging growth companies across multiple industries on complex corporate, commercial, and technology transactions. He advises clients on licensing, development, commercialization, outsourcing, mergers and acquisitions, and debt and equity financings. He also provides clients with general corporate counseling and outside general counsel services.

In addition, Craig advises exempt organizations on organizational policy, governance, member relations, and negotiating and drafting multimillion-dollar grant and sponsorship agreements.
