Hon. Nazak Nikakhtar, chair of Wiley's National Security Practice, was quoted by POLITICO in the article "The unlikely agency serving as Trump’s China bad cop,"
regarding the Federal Communications Commission's restrictions on Chinese technology.

“Many officials at the FCC have been wanting to take these national security measures for a long time, and they have the legal authority to do so," noted Nikakhtar.
