Wiley’s “Better Every Day” wellness initiative also plays a key role in developing and implementing our culture of well-being and ensuring that we are living by our core pillars. Our office also features a state-of-the-art fitness center with best-in-class equipment, including Peloton bikes.  The firm also offers a variety of fresh and healthy food and snacks that are easily accessible in our Marketplace Café and multiple Bevi water stations that provide healthy, natural flavor options.

In addition, as an original signatory to the ABA Well-Being Pledge, Wiley is committed to prioritizing wellness within our law firm and adopting a framework that plans for the future for the legal profession and recognizes the crucial role of mental health and well-being.
