His practice spans high-stakes litigation and advisory work, with recent matters involving large financial institutions, international commodities trading, educational institutions, and major utility companies. He has experience assisting clients on insurer bad faith claims, issues of insurability, choice of law issues, environmental exposures, policy wordings, and data breaches.
Thomas has published multiple articles on AI and insurance issues, as well as environmental coverage issues, in publications such as Law360 and HAZMAT Magazine.
