He draws from a career spent building and advising companies across the deep tech landscape – including in materials science, artificial intelligence (AI), and uncrewed aircraft systems. Scott works closely with founders, venture capital funds, and growth-stage companies to align legal structure, compliance strategy, and business objectives in support of capital formation, product deployment, and mission-critical operations. His work has involved cross-border matters and international clients across the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, and Eastern Europe.

With a background as both a founder and a public-sector policymaker, Scott brings a multidisciplinary and business-oriented approach to client service.
