Representative Matters
- Counsels clients on evolving telecommunications and technology related issues and compliance with agency policies and rules. Represents clients before the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), and other federal agencies advising them on transactions and enforcement matters.
- Assists clients with licensing and authorization of Space and Earth stations with the FCC.
- Counsels clients on a range of privacy issues under various federal and state privacy laws.
- Advises clients on general corporate matters and handles acquisitions and joint ventures.
- Conducts risk analysis and counsels on strategy regarding the evolving landscape of diversity, equity, and inclusion issues resulting from legal, regulatory, and market changes.
