Chris provides advice and counsel with respect to representations and warranties insurance in connection with mergers and acquisitions transactions. He also advises on general corporate law issues.

Chris has broad corporate law and transactional experience, having counseled clients in various industries on a wide range of issues in connection with domestic and international mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, finance, and venture capital transactions.

Prior to joining Wiley, Chris worked for many years at leading international law firms, both in the U.S. and in Europe.
