Tim Brightbill Quoted on CIT Ruling Concerning Duties on Chinese Mobile Access Equipment by Law30
Timothy C. Brightbill, co-chair of Wiley's International Trade Practice, was quoted by Law360 in the article "CIT Judge Threatens Sanctions Over Possible Hallucinations," regarding a U.S. Court of International Trade ruling on Chinese mobile access equipment.
Brightbill, who was quoted on behalf of the Coalition of American Manufacturers of Mobile Access Equipment, said that the Coalition is "pleased" with the court's ruling, noting that the judge's findings will "uphold the Commerce Department's final determination and impose significant antidumping margins on the largest supplier of mobile access equipment from China."
