Tim Brightbill Quoted by PV Magazine Regarding CBP Solar Determination

Timothy C. Brightbill, co-chair of the International Trade Practice, was quoted by PV Magazine in the article, "Waaree determined to have evaded AD/CVD orders on solar imports, finds U.S. Customs," about a recent affirmative U.S. Customs and Border Protection determination regarding tariff evasion of solar cells imported from Vietnam and Malaysia. “We commend Customs for its rigorous review of the record and its commitment to upholding the integrity of our trade remedy laws...American solar manufacturers deserve a level playing field; this determination is an important step toward ensuring they have one," said Brightbill.
