Tim Brightbill Quoted Regarding Commerce's Final Determinations on Solar Imports from India, Indonesia, and Laos

Timothy C. Brightbill, co-chair of Wiley's International Trade Practice, was quoted by multiple outlets regarding the Commerce Department's final duty determinations on solar imports from India, Indonesia, and Laos.

The determinations "are an essential step toward enforcing our trade ​laws and restoring fair competition for U.S. solar manufacturers and the workers they ‌employ," ⁠Brightbill noted to Reuters. "We will keep monitoring import data and holding bad actors accountable wherever they move next."
