Tim Brightbill Discusses Greer's Expected Section 301 Tariffs with The Wall Street Journal

Timothy C. Brightbill, co-chair of the International Trade Practice, was quoted by The Wall Street Journal in the article, "How Jamieson Greer Took Over Trump’s Trade Agenda," where he discussed the legality of Greer's expected Section 301 tariffs. Brightbill noted that the Trade Act doesn't require “mathematical precision" and that it is unlikely a court would make officials “show their work” on how they arrived at certain tariff levels.
