Martha Marrapese Quoted About Compliance with Connecticut's PFAS in Consumer Products Law

Martha E. Marrapese, partner in Wiley's Environment & Product Regulation Practice, was quoted by Chemical Watch in the article "Connecticut will not extend PFAS labelling deadline," concerning compliance with Connecticut's PFAS in Consumer Products Law.

"Compliance is often more complex than it appears on paper. The compliance timelines in many state PFAS programmes can be challenging to implement across complex supply chains," Marrapese said. However, she further noted that, "this is a law that was enacted in 2024. It is 2026, and the time for compliance has arrived."
