Martha Marrapese Discusses New Mexico PFAS Exemptions Report with Bloomberg Law

Marrapese, partner in the Environment & Product Regulation Practice, was quoted by Bloomberg Law in the article, "New Mexico Invites Comments on Exemptions in PFAS Products Law," regarding considerations the New Mexico Environment Department should take into account when compiling a report on exemptions to the state’s PFAS Protection Act.

Marrapese noted that the "department may want to consider how the law handles complex products made with PFAS to meet international, fire, building or other codes."
