Hon. Nazak Nikakhtar Interviewed by Fox Business Regarding Potential Tariffs on Certain Canadian Goods

Hon. Nazak Nikakhtar, chair of Wiley's National Security Practice, was interviewed on Fox Business regarding the implications of the Trump Administration's potential 50% tariffs on certain Canadian goods.

"If Canada retaliates against the United States, the President has the legal authority under this Section 338 authority that he's used to actually ban imports from Canada," noted Nikakhtar, adding that, "there's a lot at stake."
