Wiley Rein's Nova Daly Weighs in on Outbound Deal Work from China

Nova J. Daly, former Treasury Deputy Assistant Secretary for the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) and now a public policy consultant in Wiley Rein's International Trade Practice, was quoted by Financial Times on a study that found Chinese companies looking to invest in the U.S. need to be more transparent and should proactively reach out to regulators.
