Ask the Judges

Judges from the United States Court of Federal Claims have graciously agreed to again participate in our annual “Ask the Judges” panel. Chief Judge Sweeney will provide introductory remarks following which, the judges will discuss their backgrounds and experience before joining the bench, as well as their perspectives on bid protest practice before the Court, including providing practice tips and insights on COVID-19’s impact on protests.
