Alert

Nationwide EAS Test on September 27, 2017. Form Two due by 11:59 pm on September 27.

September 26, 2017

On September 27, 2017, at 2:20 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time, FEMA will conduct a Nationwide EAS test. Similar to the last nationwide test, all stations must file Form Two the day of the test and Form Three after the test.

Form Two is due 11:59 pm on September 27, 2017
Form Three is due by November 13, 2017

Stations impacted by Hurricane Harvey, Irma or Maria in Florida, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Alabama, Louisiana, Georgia, and Texas have until November 13, 2017 to file Form Two. If your station is located in one of these areas, was impacted by a Hurricane and will take advantage of this extension of time to file Form Two, you will need to include an explanation in Form Three.

If a station has not yet filed a Form One, it should do so immediately. Stations were required to have filed a Form One by August 28, 2017.

Accessing the ETRS system to file the forms requires a FCC username and password. The ETRS system can be accessed here.
