Nationwide EAS Test on September 20, 2018

On September 20, 2018, at 2:20 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time, the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) in coordination with the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) will conduct a Nationwide EAS test. Similar to the last nationwide test, all stations must file a Form One prior to the test, Form Two the day of the test, and Form Three after the test. 

Form One is due on or before August 27, 2018

Form Two is due 11:59 pm on September 20, 2018

Form Three is due by November 5, 2018

Accessing the ETRS system to file the forms requires a FCC username and password. The ETRS system can be accessed here.
