Wiley’s Jillian Quigley Named 2026 Rising Star by Via Satellite

Jillian M. Quigley, associate in Wiley’s Telecom, Media & Technology and Space and Satellite practices, has been named a 2026 Rising Star by Via Satellite. This annual awards program honors the achievements of professionals aged 35 and under in the space and satellite industry.

Quigley is one of 25 talented individuals selected globally, from various professions, who are making a significant impact on the space and satellite industry.

Quigley, who has also been recognized among this year’s “Ones to Watch” by Best Lawyers, counsels clients on a wide range of telecommunications, technology, and privacy issues. She also assists clients with Federal Communications Commission authorizations and licensing, advises on domestic and international cybersecurity regulations and compliance, and conducts regulatory due diligence and risk assessments for space and satellite services transactions.
