Wiley Represents VCY America in Acquisition of Wilmington, DE Radio Station from Beasley Media

Washington, DC – Wiley Rein LLP represented VCY America, Inc., in its acquisition of Wilmington, DE radio station WJBR-FM 99.5 from Beasley Media Group. Following completion of the $5 million transaction on October 5, 2023, VCY America changed the call sign to WVCW and began operating the station under a non-commercial FM license serving the Wilmington and Philadelphia markets.
