Wiley Represents California Oregon Broadcasting in Sale of Two Oregon-based Television Stations

Wiley, a preeminent Washington, D.C. law firm, recently represented California Oregon Broadcasting in the sale of two Eugene, Oregon-based television stations KLSR (FOX) and KEVU (My Network TV) to Broadcasting Communications, L.L.C., a subsidiary of CMG Media Corporation (f/k/a Terrier Media Buyer, Inc. and d/b/a Cox Media Group).
