Scott Delacourt Submits Letter on Behalf of U.S. Chamber Institute for Legal Reform to U.S. House Panel, on Abusive Robocalling

The letter to Commerce Committee Chairman Bob Latta and Ranking Member Jan Schakowsky contained a number of salient points from Mr. Delacourt’s prior congressional testimony on April 18 before the U.S. Senate Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation.
