Washington, DC—Wiley Rein & Fielding attorney David H. Topol has authored the "Professional Liability Chapter" in Holmes' Appleman on Insurance, 2d, published in Fall 2003. This is the first time a volume on professional liability has been included in the authoritative, 68-volume manual of comprehensive research and analysis of insurance issues.
