Zaria represents health plans in the negotiation, drafting, and administration of large service contracts, including pharmacy benefit management (PBM) contracts for commercial and government-sponsored health care programs, including Medicare, Medicaid, and FEHB. Zaria also advises clients on various health care regulatory matters.
Before joining Wiley, Zaria supported government contractors and health care providers on a variety of government compliance matters, advising clients ranging from large-scale, public corporations to private medical practices.
