Rita also supports clients in navigating regulatory requirements related to cybersecurity, national security, and supply chain risk management, including U.S. Department of Defense (DOD) and civilian agency cybersecurity requirements, FedRAMP, NIST, secure software development practices and SBOMs, and incident response.

- Prosecutes and defends bid protests before federal and state bodies, including the U.S. Government Accountability Office (GAO) and the U.S. Court of Federal Claims (COFC).
- Represents government contractors in disputes with the government, including claims under the Contract Disputes Acts (CDA) and appeals of contracting officer final decisions and terminations to the Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals (ASBCA) and the Civilian Board of Contract Appeals (CBCA).
- Represents government contractors in federal district court in various disputes, including related to teaming and subcontracting
- Assists government contractors in navigating regulatory requirements and complex compliance issues, including those related to procurement integrity, conflicts of interest, and cybersecurity compliance.
- Assists with internal investigations relating to cybersecurity compliance, ethics, alleged violations of the False Claims Act, and other federal and state laws and regulations.
