Lois S. Ahn

Lois represents clients in complex civil litigation in trial and appellate courts, as well as in arbitration proceedings. Her practice spans multiple industries, including financial services, consumer products, and technology.

Lois has experience with all stages of litigation, including pre-complaint investigations, discovery, motions practice, trial, appeal, and judgment enforcement. She has deposed, prepared, and examined witnesses, managed experts, coordinated e-discovery, and drafted key pleadings and briefs.

Prior to joining Wiley, Lois served as a law clerk for the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York. She brings the insight she acquired as a clerk to deliver practical and results-driven advocacy to clients.
