Lois has experience with all stages of litigation, including pre-complaint investigations, discovery, motions practice, trial, appeal, and judgment enforcement. She has deposed, prepared, and examined witnesses, managed experts, coordinated e-discovery, and drafted key pleadings and briefs.

Prior to joining Wiley, Lois served as a law clerk for the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York. She brings the insight she acquired as a clerk to deliver practical and results-driven advocacy to clients.
