He has represented clients in complex disputes across federal and state courts nationwide, with extensive litigation experience that includes pre-complaint investigations, discovery disputes, critical motions practice, and trial experience. - Defend a defense contractor against an independent contractor's whistleblower retaliation claims in E.D. Va.
- Conduct an internal investigation of a company’s Executive Director and CEO after a former employee filed an employment discrimination complaint.
- Represented an individual in a U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) investigation involving alleged securities fraud.
- Secured a favorable verdict for the ship repair division of a global defense contractor in federal court (E.D. Va.) against breach of contract and implied warranty claims related to a Navy missile cruiser rehabilitation project.
- Represented renewable energy companies in multiple product liability actions against solar panel manufacturers, achieving favorable outcomes.
- Advise and represent an online gaming company in trademark and copyright infringement matters in E.D. Va.
- Achieved a favorable settlement for an energy company in a product liability dispute.
- Represented a company in a federal employment law matter involving Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliance.
- Defended a political consulting firm and its founder against civil RICO, copyright infringement, trade secret misappropriation, and related tort claims stemming from alleged conspiracy with a foreign government.
- Represent client in an ongoing U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) antitrust investigation.
