Corey Weinstein

Corey’s practice focuses on civil litigation, with an emphasis on intellectual property and commercial litigation, as well as enforcement of intellectual property rights. She has handled contract disputes and cases across all areas of intellectual property throughout her career, including patents, copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets.

Corey has experience enforcing copyrights, trademarks, and rights of publicity, as well as asserting anti-cybersquatting claims, through takedowns, informal resolutions, and litigation in federal courts throughout the country. She has expertise interacting with multiple social media and hosting platforms in relation to takedown requests, and has completed the International Trademark Association’s (INTA) courses addressing online takedown procedures.  

Additionally, as a registered patent attorney licensed before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, Corey has significant experience in patent litigation. She has worked on patent infringement litigations involving technologies ranging from telecommunications, to nutritional supplements, to golf club designs. Corey also has worked on several patent litigations related to a variety of pharmaceutical products.
