Profile

Cameron represents companies and individuals in government investigations, civil and criminal enforcement actions, internal investigations, congressional inquiries, and complex litigation. His practice focuses on high-stakes controversies that pose legal, reputational, and political risks.

He has represented clients across all phases of litigation and investigations in matters involving a range of government agencies, including the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), and the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), as well as in proceedings before Congress and in both trial and appellate courts.

Before joining Wiley, Cameron gained experience at DOJ and the SEC and served as a law clerk to the Honorable William E. Fitzpatrick of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia (the “Rocket Docket”), one of the nation’s fastest and busiest federal courts. Drawing on that background, he brings a rigorous, practical, and creative approach to advocacy, fact-finding, and developing case strategy
