Law360 Profiles Wiley’s TMT Team as a 2025 Practice Group of the Year

Wiley’s Telecom, Media & Technology (TMT) Practice has once again been named a Practice Group of the Year by Law360, marking the sixth time that the team has received this recognition.

In its profile of the practice, Law360 noted the team’s successes in securing regulatory approvals for a major M&A transaction and successfully challenging broadcast ownership restrictions. “We're very nimble in the way that we add to our group, not only in the traditional ways, but also some out-of-the-box ways that we think will serve our clients,” Kathleen A. Kirby, co-chair of the TMT Practice, told Law360. Practice co-chair Jennifer D. Hindin agreed, noting that the group prides itself on its in-depth knowledge of the "ins and outs of the communication industry."
