Robert E. DeFrancesco, III, partner in Wiley’s International Trade Practice, has been named an MVP by Law360. This is his third recognition in the International Trade category.

Law360 noted in its profile of DeFrancesco that he stood out for his work securing antidumping and countervailing duties (AD/CVD) on Chinese imports on behalf of the U.S. golf cart industry. “It's a scenario where I think over the long term it will help stabilize the market," DeFrancesco told Law360. "It will help not just the U.S. producers, but the dealers themselves, compete in a fairly traded market."
