Greta Peisch Discusses Trump Administration's Tariff Agenda with Media

Greta M. Peisch, partner in Wiley's International Trade Practice, spoke with multiple media outlets, including POLITICO, AFP, and CNBC, regarding the expiration of the Trump Administration's Section 122 tariffs and the implementation of new Section 301 tariffs on imports from 60 countries. 

"The Trump administration's move to impose a baseline tariff while sustaining the threat of further duties maintains leverage over its trading partners," noted Peisch to AFP.
