Boyd Garriott Recognized as a 2026 Rising Star by Law360

Boyd Garriott, associate in Wiley's Telecom, Media & Technology Practice, was profiled by Law360  as a 2026 Rising Star in the Telecommunications category.

In Law360's profile of Garriott, it noted that he stood out for his work helping persuade the Eighth Circuit to strike down a limit on local network station ownership. "I think because of the nature of telecom litigation, it's inherently bound up with public policy, and being able [to go in] and make sure that policies are being implemented lawfully, being implemented rationally and not arbitrarily — that kind of stuff is really, really important," Garriott told Law360. "Feeling like I'm helping our clients in a meaningful way is definitely a big motivator."
