Verizon Appeals Net Neutrality Rules

Today, Verizon filed an appeal of the recent order of the Federal Communications Commission adopting net neutrality rules. [1]  Wiley Rein is counsel of record for Verizon in the appeal, which was filed in the United States Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit.  Verizon also has moved to have the appeal heard by the same judges who decided the Comcast case. [2]
