Wiley’s Litigation Practice Named an “Intimidating Opponent” by BTI

September 29, 2026

Wiley’s Litigation Practice was named a 2027 "Intimidating Opponent" by BTI Consulting Group as part of its "Most Feared Law Firms in Litigation" list. This recognition highlights Wiley's litigation capabilities, deep bench of talent, and multidisciplinary approach to evolving and complex legal challenges.

Wiley was selected based on feedback from more than 350 corporate counsel, who identified 92 firms they would not want to see on the "other side" in litigation.

Wiley's Litigation Practice, which is consistently ranked by Chambers USA and was named a 2026 finalist for Litigation Department of the Year by The National Law Journal, provides a one-stop shop for complex litigation disputes, advising corporations, trade associations, nonprofits, financial institutions, as well as government officials and individuals across a broad array of regulatory, arbitral, and judicial matters worldwide.
