Myron represents corporations and individuals in complex matters across the entire spectrum of dispute resolution fora, including before federal agencies, state and federal courts, and arbitral tribunals. He has experience in all stages of federal and state litigation, from trial court discovery disputes to motions practice to appellate brief-writing.
He also maintains an active pro bono practice focusing on immigration and civil rights issues.
Prior to joining the firm, Myron served as a legal extern with the Massachusetts attorney general's office in the Constitutional & Administrative Law division.
Experience
Representative Matters
- Defended a major shipbuilder and government contractor against an antitrust class action in the Eastern District of Viriginia.
- Represented a high net worth individual in employment arbitration proceedings.
- Assisted a prominent NGO in submitting an amicus brief to the Sixth Circuit in support of its First Amendment freedom of association rights.
- Represented a pro bono criminal defendant seeking a writ of certiorari from the U.S. Supreme Court.
