Experience
Representative Matters
- Represents clients in antidumping and countervailing duty investigations, administrative reviews, circumvention and scope proceedings, five-year sunset reviews, and corresponding court appeals.
- Advises clients on antidumping and countervailing duty enforcement matters before the Department of Commerce and U.S. Customs and Border Protection. Assists clients in submitting Enforce and Protect Act (EAPA) allegations and e-allegations to CBP to combat evasion and circumvention of U.S. trade orders.
- Conducts legal research and drafts memoranda and briefs on a range of trade policy matters, including assisting clients with comments for the National Trade Estimate (NTE) report and ahead of the United States Mexico Canada Agreement (USMCA) renegotiations.
