Tom Johnson Comments on Former FCC Chairman Pai’s New Position at Private Equity Firm

Thomas M. Johnson, Jr., co-chair of Wiley’s Appellate Practice, was quoted by Law360 in coverage of former Federal Communications Commission (FCC) Chairman Ajit Pai joining a private equity firm. Before joining Wiley in early April, Mr. Johnson served as General Counsel at the FCC and worked closely with Mr. Pai.

“No one combines deep policy and legal knowhow, connections inside and out of government, and comms/social media savvy like Ajit Pai,” Mr. Johnson posted on Twitter, which was picked up by Law360 in their feature coverage.
