This position may involve access to technology, data, or software that is subject to U.S. export control laws (e.g. ITAR, EAR). Accordingly, the firm has adopted a policy that it will not seek export licenses or rely on export license exceptions for individuals who receive a conditional offer of employment concerning this role.
If you receive a conditional offer, you will be asked to complete a separate Export Control Eligibility Assessment to determine whether U.S. export laws permit you to perform the role.
This policy reflects export compliance and operational considerations only. The firm does not discriminate based on citizenship, immigration status, national origin, or any other protected trait or characteristic. Any decision not to proceed with an applicant following an Export Control Eligibility Assessment will be based on export control constraints, not personal status.
The Export Control Eligibility Assessment process is confidential and separate from the Form I-9 employment eligibility verification process. All candidates who receive and accept a conditional offer must also complete the I-9 employment eligibility verification process upon joining the firm.
