  • Defended major defense contractor in Army Civil Investigative Division (CID) and U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) investigations regarding the maintenance and repair of military vehicles in Europe.
  • Defended contractor in a case involving FCA and TVPRA claims regarding subcontractor affiliation issues and allegations of human trafficking in Kuwait.
  • Represented defense contractors in FCA litigation alleging the submission of fraudulent intelligence reports to the U.S. Army in Afghanistan.
